These Terms of Use govern your access to contractgauge.com and your use of
ContractGauge products. By accessing the website or purchasing or using
ContractGauge, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ContractGauge

ContractGauge is a commercial cleaning bid-to-profit system designed to help
business owners organize their own assumptions related to workload, labor,
costs, pricing, margins, contracts, actual performance, and profitability.

ContractGauge is a business planning and calculation tool. It is not accounting,
tax, legal, employment, insurance, or financial advice.

2. Your Business Assumptions

ContractGauge does not provide universal commercial cleaning production rates,
labor rates, overhead percentages, profit margins, or guaranteed pricing.

You are responsible for entering, reviewing, and validating the assumptions
used for your own company, market, employees, customers, facilities, contracts,
and operating conditions.

Any output produced by ContractGauge depends on the information and assumptions
entered into the system.

3. No Guarantee of Results

ContractGauge does not guarantee that a bid will be accepted, that a contract
will be profitable, or that using the product will produce any particular
financial or business result.

Business performance can be affected by many factors outside the product,
including labor efficiency, wages, taxes, travel, supplies, equipment,
customer requirements, contract scope, local market conditions, and management decisions.

4. Product License

Unless a different license is expressly stated with a specific product,
your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the purchased ContractGauge product for your own internal business use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product.
• Upload the product or its files to file-sharing or download websites.
• Sell modified or unmodified copies of the product as your own product.
• Remove ownership or proprietary notices for the purpose of redistribution.
• Use the product in a way that violates applicable law.

You may enter, modify, and adapt business data and assumptions inside your own
working copy for normal use of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

The ContractGauge name, website content, product structure, documentation,
original templates, design elements, and other original materials remain the
property of ContractGauge or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing the product gives you permission to use it under these Terms.
It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Purchases and Third-Party Checkout

ContractGauge products may be sold through third-party commerce platforms,
including Gumroad.

When you complete a transaction through a third-party platform, payment processing,
checkout, transaction administration, and certain purchase-related matters may
also be governed by that platform’s terms and policies.

7. Refunds

Any refund terms applicable to a purchase will be the refund policy presented
with the product, at checkout, or through the applicable sales platform,
together with any rights required by applicable law.

8. Product Access and Third-Party Services

ContractGauge may rely on third-party services such as Google Sheets,
Gumroad, hosting providers, or other platforms.

Availability, functionality, account requirements, and policies of those
third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may
change independently of ContractGauge.

9. Updates and Product Changes

ContractGauge may improve, modify, reorganize, add, or remove product features,
documentation, website content, or delivery methods over time.

A one-time purchase does not automatically guarantee access to every future
product, service, major version, subscription, or separate SaaS product unless
that access is expressly included with the purchased offer.

Support does not include operating a customer’s business, preparing bids on
their behalf, providing professional legal or accounting advice, or guaranteeing
a particular business outcome.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or product, attempt unauthorized access,
interfere with website operation, distribute malicious code, commit fraud,
or use ContractGauge in violation of applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ContractGauge is provided on an
“as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of guaranteed accuracy,
profitability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for every business situation.

You are responsible for reviewing calculations and business decisions before
submitting bids, signing contracts, hiring staff, committing funds, or taking
other material business actions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ContractGauge will not be responsible
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising
from reliance on estimates, incorrect inputs, business decisions, lost contracts,
lost profits, third-party services, or misuse of the product.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as ContractGauge products, services, sales channels,
or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
